Founder & CEO
Jonny Ahdoot is the Co-Founder of Elite Virtual Staffing (EVS). As a millennial he has always taken a technological approach to his business. After successfully growing his real estate empire, Ahdoot Realty, a light went off. He understood the power of leverage. “You must delegate, automate and elevate to experience massive growth.” The picture was clear & Jonny understood that the greatest gift of all is the gift of time. Without hesitation Jonny launched EVS with Sep & the supporting cast to give the world its time back.
Kristopher Alfaro
Director of Operations
Kris is the Director of Operations of EVS. For him, it’s all about Mindset, Attitude, and Execution.
Kris started his journey with Ahdoot Realty in July 2020 as an appointment setter, got promoted to Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, and finally to Director of Operations. After learning that distance is not an impediment to growth and success. Kris is super excited to show the world how EVS will give their time back!

Project Manager
Ian is the Project Manager from Elite Virtual Staffing (EVS). With over 15 years of experience in management, team building, professional development, strategic implementation, and company teamwork. He believes in the power of delivering an exceptional job by precedence the client’s needs and putting it into effect with commitment and dedication. He strongly believes with no dithering that EVS will grant time back to our clients.
